Shipping Guidelines

At Adorned Glory Hair, we take pride in fulfilling your order with the highest level of care and efficiency.

  • No Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
  • Order Cancellations: If a cancellation is made, you must wait to receive the tracking number. Once your package is delivered, all sales are final.
  • Delivery Responsibility: Once the package is with the carrier, you are responsible for delivery arrangements. Monitor your tracking closely to ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Shipping & Processing

  • Business Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM CST
  • Processing Time: All orders require 2–4 business days for processing before shipment.
  • Shipping Rate: Standard shipping is a flat rate of $15.80.
  • Carriers: We ship exclusively through UPS and DHL for fast, reliable delivery.
  • Shipping Time: Once processed, shipping typically takes 1–3 business days depending on location.

Tracking & Delivery Security

  • Notification: Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as your order ships.
  • Managing Your Delivery: Use UPS or DHL portals to:
    • Schedule delivery times
    • Request package hold or redirection
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Adorned Glory Hair is not responsible once the carrier confirms delivery.
