This website is operated by Adorned Glory Hair. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Adorned Glory Hair.

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable policies, and all applicable laws.

By submitting an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your transaction has been authorized by you

  • Processing time is approximately 24 hours

  • Shipping time is approximately 3–5 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays

  • All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges

Adorned Glory Hair reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order that presents suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, chargeback abuse, or security concerns.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Adorned Glory Hair ships exclusively through FedEx.

Once your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, Adorned Glory Hair is no longer responsible for:

  • Delivery delays

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Damaged shipments

  • Carrier-related delivery issues

Customers are responsible for coordinating any delivery accommodations directly with FedEx.

Optional shipping protection may be purchased through Corso at checkout for additional shipment coverage.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, all sales are final.

Adorned Glory Hair does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances once products have been sold and shipped.

5. ACCOUNT & BILLING INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information for all purchases.

Adorned Glory Hair is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses submitted at checkout

  • Failed deliveries caused by customer error

  • Delays resulting from inaccurate customer information

Additional shipping or reshipment fees may apply if corrections are required after purchase.
