Shipping Protection is optional. If declined, the customer assumes full responsibility once the order has been shipped.

Once your order has been processed and a tracking number has been issued:
- Adorned Glory Hair is no longer liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages
- All delivery issues must be handled directly with the carrier (UPS or DHL)
