DELIVERY POLICY
Effective May 26, 2026
Shipping & Processing
Adorned Glory Hair ships exclusively through FedEx. Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase and shipped Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days after processing.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your FedEx tracking link.
Shipping Responsibility
Adorned Glory Hair is not responsible for the delivery care, handling, delays, loss, theft, or damage of packages once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been issued.
Customers are responsible for making all necessary delivery accommodations directly with FedEx, including:
- Delivery instructions
- Missed deliveries
- Package holds
- Address corrections
- Carrier claims
Please ensure all shipping and contact information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.
Shipping Protection (Optional)
For additional protection, shipping insurance may be purchased through Corso at checkout. The protection cost will automatically be added to your order total if selected.
Corso Shipping Protection may cover:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Damaged deliveries
Claims are handled directly through Corso.
If Shipping Protection is declined, the customer accepts full responsibility once the package has been transferred to FedEx.
No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, all sales are final. Adorned Glory Hair does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances once products have been sold and shipped.
Purchase Authorization Agreement
By placing an order with Adorned Glory Hair, you confirm and agree that:
- You authorized the transaction
- All billing and shipping information submitted is accurate
- You understand processing times are approximately 24 hours
- You understand shipping timeframes are approximately 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
- You acknowledge that all sales are final with no refunds or exchanges
Fraud Prevention & Order Cancellation
Adorned Glory Hair reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or decline transactions that present suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorized payment behavior, chargeback abuse, or any activity that compromises the integrity and security of our business.
