What is "Buy Now, Pay Later"?

Through our elite financing partners, you can receive your crown immediately and split your total into four interest-free installments.

How does the "Pay in 4" option work?

Select your preferred installment provider at checkout. Your total is divided into four equal payments: the first is due at purchase, and the remaining three are automatically collected every two weeks.

Do I qualify for financing?

Eligibility is determined instantly at checkout. Most approvals are immediate and—best of all—do not impact your credit score.

I received a financing statement but haven't received my hair yet. What should I do?

Statements are automated by the provider. If your tracking shows the order is still in transit, please contact us at adornedgloryhair@gmail.com for a status verification.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does processing and shipping take?

Processing: 2–4 business days for meticulous preparation and quality inspection.

Shipping: Once processed, orders ship via UPS or DHL. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days (up to 5 days depending on location).

Rate: Standard shipping is a flat rate of $15.80.

When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking details are emailed the moment your order ships. If you haven't received an update after the 4th business day of processing, please reach out to our team.

What if there is an issue with my order?

Shipping Claims: If you used Shipping Protection, a clear photo of the issue must be uploaded for review. Please allow 2–5 business days for a resolution.

Order Discrepancies: Any other issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with a receipt and photo proof. We investigate all matters with the utmost integrity.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

To maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards for all our Queens, all sales are final. To ensure the integrity of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Can I exchange my hair if I change my mind?

Due to the premium nature of our hair and health regulations, we do not offer exchanges. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
